Downsizing Programs

We have more than 20 years of experience helping firms address issues of overcapacity throughout different phases of the business cycle.  We assist clients with the analysis of various downsizing scenarios that may become necessary after a precipitous drop-off in the demand for the firm's services.

Dissolutions, Firm Bifurcations and Office Closings

Sometimes the best solution for all parties involved is an orderly dissolution or bifurcation of the firm.  Our experience in this area allows us to better advise firms who are forced to choose between a set of stark and undesirable future options.
