Marie Lefton, Esq.

has become a Principal of the Firm.

Marie advises law firms on strategic planning, governance, and other critical management issues. Her expertise includes firm and practice group business plans, lawyer evaluation and compensation systems, alternative pricing models, and lateral integration programs. Marie joins us after 28 years with AmLaw 100 firms, where she was a litigation partner and also spent 17 years in senior management.
