Cordis Corporation Announces Settlement with Boston Scientific

This settlement is in addition to the $1.2 billion in judgments in favor of Cordis involving Boston Scientific and Medtronic related to certain other litigations involving coronary stents.  That award comprised a $703 million judgment against Boston Scientific and a $521 million judgment against Medtronic.  Click here to read the press release and court orders.
